Join Our Team as a Licensed Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Psychologist to join our dynamic team at NextSTEPS Worldwide. As a Licensed Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive psychological services to our clients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical services, including psychological assessment, therapy, consultation, supervision, and program development
  • Utilize empirically validated treatment models based on best professional practices and standards
  • Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team
  • Develop and maintain strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Provide services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, groups, or families
  • Respect diversity and integrate issues of culture into case conceptualizations
  • Engage with patients who may be ambivalent regarding treatment options
  • Adapt interventions to patients' strengths, skills, and developmental levels
  • Comply with clinic documentation standards
Requirements:
  • Doctorate in Psychology (Required)
  • Licensed Psychologist with the State of Texas (Required)
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary starting at $115,000
  • Quarterly performance bonuses starting at 3% and up to 5% of base salary
  • Yearly retention bonuses starting at 3% and up to 6% of base salary
  • Sign-on bonus of $10,000
  • Yearly earning potential including all bonus opportunities: $142,250 to $150,000
