About the Role

Sloan, a leading manufacturer of commercial plumbing systems, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic programs and projects that support the execution of our New Product Development & Innovation roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of project deliverables.
  • Develop project cost estimates and overall budget for assigned projects.
  • Communicate project status to team and stakeholders throughout the duration of the assignment.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to other project team members.
  • Ensure compliance with project objectives and participate in design reviews, project risk assessment, and other commercialization activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 7+ years' Project Management experience.
  • Advanced level experience working with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to build team cohesiveness and work cross-functionally to achieve results.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA).
  • Manufacturing Industry experience.
  • Critical thinking and business acumen, with successful new product commercialization experience.
