We are seeking a highly skilled Class B CDL Grapple Operator to join our team at Moore & Smith Tree Care LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating a grapple and other heavy equipment to perform various tasks related to tree care and maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a grapple and other heavy equipment to remove debris, trim trees, and perform other tasks as needed.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Perform daily paperwork and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Valid Class B CDL license.
  • Previous experience operating a grapple and other heavy equipment.
  • Ability to work long hours in various weather conditions.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to make small repairs.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds and work at heights.
