Labor Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Supervisor to join our team at Quest Diagnostics Incorporated. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring the highest quality of patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and direct the work of the laboratory team to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including CLIA, HIPAA, and OSHA.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to resolve technical issues and improve laboratory processes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of laboratory policies and procedures.
- Minimum 5 years of full-time supervisory experience in a laboratory setting.
- ASCP certification or equivalent.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with laboratory staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and laboratory information systems.
