Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare workstations for order processing by following established protocols and utilizing the appropriate packaging materials.
  • Perform visual inspections of completed tape rolls to ensure compliance with quality and aesthetic standards.
  • Sort and pack tapes according to specified quality criteria.
  • Seal cartons as required and move them to the appropriate location.
  • Accurately label cartons and maintain an adequate inventory of packaging supplies.
  • Execute bookkeeping tasks and calculations to ensure precise records of processed materials.
  • Comply with safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Report any quality or maintenance concerns to supervisors.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas and equipment.
  • Support team members with their responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong attendance and a commitment to workplace safety.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
  • Ability to perform all tasks effectively and safely.
  • Proficient in reading and writing.
