Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team as a Travel Allied Health Professional. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including respiratory failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and pneumonia.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • American Heart Association BLS, PALS, NRP, RRT certification.
  • NBRC and SC RCP licensure.
  • Experience working with pediatric, neonate, and infant patients.
  • An active, current (SC) state license.
