We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Engineer with experience in Aveva software to support our team in gas utility infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize Aveva software to design and model gas utility infrastructure, including pipelines and distribution networks.
- Assist in preparing engineering drawings, schematics, and documentation for gas utility projects.
- Support the review and modification of design models to ensure accuracy and compliance with client specifications and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with engineers to integrate Aveva outputs into broader engineering workflows and project deliverables.
- Perform technical analysis and calculations to support gas utility operations, including capacity planning and safety evaluations.
- Provide technical support for the implementation and maintenance of gas utility systems.
- Participate in project meetings and assist in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare reports and documentation to communicate project progress and technical findings to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or a related discipline).
- Experience with Aveva software (Aveva E3D, Aveva Plant, or similar) is required.
- Strong understanding of gas utility systems and infrastructure is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles, including fluid dynamics and thermodynamics.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements in gas utility engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, or other design tools is a plus.
