About the Role">

The Customer Experience Representative is responsible for creating a world-class customer experience by promoting a positive, customer service-oriented, and compliant work environment. This position requires strong analytical skills to assess data, facts, and figures, as well as exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.

  • Meet and exceed personal sales volume and KPI goals by effectively communicating product information and building relationships with customers;">
  • Assist in building a great company and business that disrupts the traditional retail model and embrace change by being proactive in solving problems and resolving issues;">

  • Drive repeat business through strong local networking and customer data capture, patient confidence inspiration, and building of patient loyalty by maintaining up-to-date knowledge on products and industry trends;">
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of products, usage, and regulations to proactively answer customer questions and provide informed recommendations;">
  • Execute high customer experience standards by utilizing strong sales techniques and product knowledge to drive sales and revenue growth;">
  • Ensure accuracy in register transactions and maintain a clean and organized point of sale area;">
  • Comply with all security, safety, and legal requirements by adhering to protocols and procedures;">
  • Work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays to accommodate business needs;">
">Requirements">

  • A minimum of 21 years of age and a High School diploma or equivalent required;">
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service in a fast-paced retail environment with strong analytical skills to assess data, facts, and figures;">
  • Exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to solve and resolve problems in a calm, professional, and courteous manner;">
  • Valid driver's license and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record background check (state specific);">
  • Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills with a business-minded personality;">

Estimated salary: $36,000 - $50,000 per year based on location and experience.
