Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Instructor to teach psychology courses and support the psychology degree program curriculum requirements at Johnson C. Smith University.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach psychology courses, including lecture and/or laboratory instruction, to support the Department's curriculum requirements.
  • Develop and deliver relevant course content using a variety of teaching methods and assessments that support student learning.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic achievement, and performance in accordance with university policies and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must possess a Master's degree or higher with at least 18 graduate credit hours in Psychology or a related field.
  • Prior experience working with college-level students and students from diverse backgrounds is preferred.

This is a part-time faculty position with no benefits. The successful candidate will be expected to teach psychology courses and support the psychology degree program curriculum requirements.
