Job Title: Child Welfare Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Child Welfare Recruitment Specialist to join our team at UMFS. As a national leader in helping young people and families, we aim to identify unmet social services needs and develop partnerships to address those needs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a foster parent and possess excellent public speaking skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of recruiting and retention programs, ability to independently plan and organize time and activities, and experience in foster care recruitment or non-profit marketing a plus.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement creative strategies and activities that lead to the identification and engagement of qualified new resource families statewide for the Treatment Foster Care program.
  • Collaborate with a collaborative team of specially trained clinical staff and foster parents to provide daily behavioral health interventions that align with each child's individualized treatment plan.
