Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

  • Previous experience preferred unless enrolled in an approved Preceptor Program.
  • Strong leadership, documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Compassionate approach with sound judgment and critical thinking abilities.
