Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Nexus HR Services. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating children with communication disorders, speech and language delays, swallowing, and articulation disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat children with communication disorders, speech and language delays, swallowing, and articulation disorders.
  • Complete and submit accurate documentation for all corresponding treatments provided (SOAP notes, Evaluations, & Plan of Cares).
  • Participate in monthly case management meetings to review goals and therapeutic progress your patients are making with other clinical disciplines/teams.
  • Work in close relationship with the administrative team to provide high-quality, administrative customer service.
  • Complete job duties and tasks under the clinical supervision of the Clinical Director of Allied Health Services.
  • Know and become compliant with HIPAA and how it relates to the scope of the position.
  • Work within the clinic's existing business solutions and add value to these resources.
  • Abide by all confidentiality requirements.
  • Act in a manner conducive to the role that is being conferred during this agreement in accordance with the values and mission of the company.
  • Participate in marketing or community awareness activities related to fulfilling the company's goals associated with growth and awareness.

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed in the state where they intend to practice (e.g., licensed in Georgia for those practicing in Johns Creek, GA).
  • New graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome to apply.
  • Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
  • Ability to evaluate and diagnose patients' physical conditions.
  • Competence in developing individualized treatment plans to address specific physical issues and goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess patients' progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
  • Able to work in Georgia.
