Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Nexus HR Services. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating children with communication disorders, speech and language delays, swallowing, and articulation disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat children with communication disorders, speech and language delays, swallowing, and articulation disorders.
- Complete and submit accurate documentation for all corresponding treatments provided (SOAP notes, Evaluations, & Plan of Cares).
- Participate in monthly case management meetings to review goals and therapeutic progress your patients are making with other clinical disciplines/teams.
- Work in close relationship with the administrative team to provide high-quality, administrative customer service.
- Complete job duties and tasks under the clinical supervision of the Clinical Director of Allied Health Services.
- Know and become compliant with HIPAA and how it relates to the scope of the position.
- Work within the clinic's existing business solutions and add value to these resources.
- Abide by all confidentiality requirements.
- Act in a manner conducive to the role that is being conferred during this agreement in accordance with the values and mission of the company.
- Participate in marketing or community awareness activities related to fulfilling the company's goals associated with growth and awareness.
Requirements:
- Must be licensed in the state where they intend to practice (e.g., licensed in Georgia for those practicing in Johns Creek, GA).
- New graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
- Ability to evaluate and diagnose patients' physical conditions.
- Competence in developing individualized treatment plans to address specific physical issues and goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Strong analytical skills to assess patients' progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Able to work in Georgia.
