Key Responsibilities:

Specific Duties Include:

  • Assist the ICAM Program Management Office (PMO) with technical analysis, decomposition, and solution development during the requirements phase.
  • Conduct technical requirements breakdown for initiatives that inform subsequent feature development and deployment by service teams.
  • Facilitate customer initiatives through collaborative meetings with involved customer entities.
  • Contribute to the definition and planning of the enterprise roadmap.
  • Execute the agreed-upon roadmap to propel digital modernization efforts.
  • Oversee cross-service team projects by collaborating with Service Team leads to prioritize and create necessary features for delivery.
  • Act as the primary technical representative of the program management office.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership, outlining solution options along with their respective advantages and disadvantages.
  • Ensure designs align with the architecture and meet allocated requirements.
  • Address user requirements and challenges to automate and enhance existing systems, while reviewing system capabilities, workflows, and scheduling constraints.
  • Perform functional analysis, timeline assessments, cost estimations, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to convert customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
  • Identify system integrity challenges and propose solutions throughout the entire system lifecycle.
  • Summarize and communicate findings through both oral and written reports.
  • Champion the development, documentation, and execution of system policies.
  • Work towards achieving key project and program objectives and deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 10-13 years of relevant experience, with additional experience considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience with cloud-first and cloud-native architectures, including Amazon Web Services, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Expertise in utilizing cloud services to construct infrastructure as code in an automated manner.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively towards successful delivery.
  • Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IdAM) / ICAM services, including Authentication, Authorization, Identity, and Data Protection through Digital Policy.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise clients.

Certifications:

  • Security +, ITIL, Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Familiarity with security accreditation processes, CMMC, and NIST FedRAMP requirements.
  • Cloud certifications from Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle, or IBM are preferred.
