About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as an Executive Director at Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and improve guest satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of hotel staff, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, groups, and personnel from other departments
  • Resolve conflicts and provide coaching on conflict de-escalation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a hotel environment, including General Manager experience
  • Similar brand experience and/or Hard Rock Hotel Experience, Highly Preferred
  • Multi-Unit Hotel Leadership Experience, Required
  • Daytona Beach Market Experience, Highly Preferred
  • Ability to lead Sales and Finance disciplines, Required
  • Must have a love of Music & Entertainment
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, nights, and weekends
