PACU Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Capitol Hill Seattle. As a PACU RN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and provide education to patients and families.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Ambulatory care nursing experience.
- Primary nursing or case management experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- Nursing experience within the last five years.
- Electronic medical record systems experience.
- Acute care or critical care experience.
