Position Summary: We are currently in search of diligent professionals to engage in highway infrastructure design for various transportation initiatives, working under the mentorship of seasoned project engineers or managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and maintenance of client relationships while contributing to project success.
  • Execute engineering tasks within the transportation and highway engineering sectors, adhering to established design criteria, standards, and methodologies.
  • Participate in multiple design projects, assisting in the creation of engineering documentation for bidding and construction phases, as well as preparing cost estimates.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: EIT Certification.
  • 1 to 4 years of relevant design experience in the highway transportation sector; internships or academic coursework will be taken into account.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, OpenRoads, MicroStation, and Inroads or Geopak is advantageous.
  • Experience with project delivery for State Agency Transportation Departments is a plus.
