- Communicate with Stakeholders: Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand policy requirements and address any concerns, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective policy implementation.
- Support Audits and Compliance: Provide support during internal and external audits of policy documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Health Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Writing Experience: Experience in technical writing, legal writing, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of health insurance products and terminology.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in analyzing risk involved in developing benefits applicable.
- Experience in Policy Writing or Underwriting: Experience in the role of Policy Writer or Underwriter, with a strong understanding of health insurance regulations and industry standards.
- International Health Insurance Experience: Experience in international health insurance plans (IPMI or PPO plans) and knowledge of ACA requirements.
