We are seeking a skilled Gourmet Coffee Attendant to join our team at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa Indian Wells. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, and locking doors.
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas, including the coffee cart and tables.
- Input orders into the cash register system and collect payment from customers.
- Take orders, record them in the MICROS system, and prepare food and coffee beverages.
- Ensure that appliances, such as coffee makers, are turned on and off at the appropriate times.
- Bus coffee cart areas and tables, and clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day.
- Obtain change required for expected business levels, count the bank at the end of the shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure the bank.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification required.
