Janitorial Specialist

ABM Industries is seeking a skilled Cleaner to provide exceptional cleaning and upkeep services for our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients.

• Provide thorough cleaning and maintenance of assigned areas, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
• Clean and maintain carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
• Dust and polish furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds.
• Empty wastebaskets and clean windows and restrooms.
• Perform other cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
