We are seeking a skilled Hospitalist Physician to join our team at a 114-bed hospital in Missouri. As a Hospitalist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

**Job Summary:**

* Provide inpatient medical care to patients admitted to the hospital
* Conduct daily rounds and develop patient care plans
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
* Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives

**Work Schedule:**

* 7 on 7 off work schedule, with the option to work day or night shifts
* Average total admissions per 24 hours: 10-15
* Average census per physician is 15-20

**Benefits:**

* Competitive salary based on MGMA median plus worked RVU production
* Option to work extra 12 hour shifts at $1,500 per shift
* 25,000K sign on bonus
* 10,000 relocation bonus
* 4,500 for CMEs and professional license fees, dues and journals
* Malpractice at 2 mill per occurrence/ 6 mill aggregate with tail coverage
* Benefits include: health, dental, vision, life, long and short term disability, AD&D
* 403B matching up to 3% after one year
* 457 plan Top Hat Plan max contribution of 18,000 per year
