Job Description

We have an immediate need for a well-organized, enthusiastic individual to join our prestigious property management team as a Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician at one of our luxury apartment communities.

The successful candidate will maintain Management Office, models, interior public and common areas of the community in a neat, clean, and attractive condition. This includes maintaining all grounds, including sidewalks, public walkways, and stairways, building exteriors, garden areas, and dog runs in a neat, clean, and attractive condition.

The ideal candidate will assist in making vacant apartments rent-ready in a timely manner. Responsibilities also include compacting and removing trash and debris from the community. Ability to use general maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment such as hand tools, pressure washers, blowers, paint equipment, pool equipment, snow and ice removal equipment, etc.

Requirements

The position requires the ability to work any day of the week, 52 weeks a year. On-call service may be required as scheduled or necessary. The candidate must possess basic computer skills, specifically knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a strong customer service orientation. Other licenses and certifications may be required by state or local laws.
