About the Job:- The successful candidate will oversee a full-time position with a competitive salary and bonuses (estimated $250,000 - $300,000 per year) in an outpatient setting focusing on primary care delivery to patients with a high level of clinical excellence.
- Our ideal candidate will reside 30 minutes from Winston-Salem and exclude obstetric care from their responsibilities.
- The role involves overseeing patient care teams, participating in departmental quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring that all interactions with patients, families, and staff are professional and courteous.
- This is a 100% Outpatient Clinic role – Hospital rounding is covered by the Hospitalists.
- The work schedule for this position includes 8:30am – 5:30pm with 20-25 patients per day and requires participation in a phone-only call rotation once every eight weeks.
- We are a physician-owned, physician-led multi-specialty medical group of 60+ physicians serving the Greater Greensboro area.
- We have 6 well-established offices in Greensboro and the surrounding community offering gastroenterology, endocrinology, sports medicine, sleep, ob-gyn, and pediatric services.
- We offer a comprehensive benefits package featuring Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, and generous Paid Time Off.
- Additionally, we provide a Partnership Track opportunity after one year of employment.
