Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Design Lead to join our Application Technology team. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end technical solutions that address complex challenges in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise in solution design, data informatics, process engineering, artificial intelligence (AI), and large language models (LLM)
  • Design end-to-end technical solutions that optimize outcomes for organizations in the healthcare industry
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define customer requirements and develop innovative solutions
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful delivery of initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to ensure scalability and adaptability of solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a comparable role
  • Demonstrate knowledge in Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDL)
  • Prior experience with web application development, AI, relational database design, data informatics, orchestration, and scripting
  • Strong leadership, organizational awareness, task management, and prioritization skills
  • Prior project management and Lean/Six Sigma experience highly desirable
  • Fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 virus or exempt for medical/personal reasons
