Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in a short-term acute care hospital setting.

Job Summary
  • Provide high-quality patient care as a Radiology Technologist in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring accurate and high-quality images.
  • Develop and implement effective patient care plans, taking into account individual needs and preferences.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Administer medications as ordered, with accurate documentation and adherence to hospital policies.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures, reporting outcomes and making adjustments as needed.
  • Transport patients safely and efficiently, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hospital standards and protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist, with a strong foundation in patient care and imaging procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform duties, including standing, walking, and lifting, with attention to patient safety and comfort.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a focus on patient-centered care.
