Your Responsibilities:
As an engineer and project leader, you will:
- Contribute to proposals, design engineering, and technological solutions from conception to implementation.
- Oversee technical coordination and project management, including programming and commissioning.
- Engage in the development of business relationships and enhance the quality of professional services.
- Lead or participate in proposal preparation.
- Execute electrical engineering projects for industrial clients.
- Establish and implement effective work methodologies.
- Prepare, draft, and produce comprehensive study reports.
- Design power systems and provide final approval for associated engineering documentation.
- Participate in technical project management, including design reviews, cost assessments, and scheduling.
- Share your technical expertise with junior engineers and technicians to cultivate the next generation of professionals.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A university degree in Electrical Engineering
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience as an electrical engineer or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Practical experience in the industrial/mining sectors, including design criteria, electrical distribution, and infrastructure
- Experience in troubleshooting, commissioning, and system installation
- A Professional Engineer license in Utah or a willingness to obtain one
- Exceptional technical writing skills
- Availability for occasional travel to client locations as project needs dictate
- A valid driver's license

- A consulting engineering environment
- Estimating costs and preparing proposals
