RN, Outpatient Surgery PACU, Part Time, First

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Surgery PACU team at Jewish Hospital, part of UofL Health.
The successful candidate will provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing surgery, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any changes or concerns.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
Requirements:
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Kentucky.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required for some units.
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university.
