Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Providence PACE/ElderPlace in Seattle. As an LPN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to older adults in need.

About the Role

This is a full-time day shift position, working Monday through Friday. Our PACE program focuses on keeping older adults as healthy as possible through clinics, home visits, and other services. We strive to empower elders in their community to live active, independent lives.

Requirements
  • Education sufficient for licensure
  • National Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
  • Washington Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire
  • 1 year long-term care or related geriatric experience
  • Experience working with the frail and elderly
