The EAC Network's Career Services Program is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Intake Counselor to join their team. As an Intake Counselor, you will provide critical support to Career Counselors, manage paperwork, perform data entry, and refer customers to partner agencies based on their needs.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Assist Career Counselors with administrative duties, including managing paperwork and performing data entry.
  2. Customer Communication: Respond to inquiry calls and emails from prospective customers, providing timely and professional support.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customers' personal documents, adhering to confidentiality and regulatory requirements.
  4. Partner Agency Referrals: Refer customers to partner agencies based on their individual needs, ensuring seamless transitions and continued support.
  5. Professional Development: Attend staff webinars, workshops, and training sessions to enhance industry knowledge and network with colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or educational equivalent required.
  • Language Skills: Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) required for effective communication with diverse customer base.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of relevant work experience required, demonstrating proficiency in administrative duties and customer interaction.
