Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Special Procedure Interventional Radiology (IR) Technician. This role involves working primarily during the day shift.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a range of angiographic, interventional, and specialized procedure examinations.
  • Manage billing processes and maintain accurate exam documentation and records.
  • Oversee and ensure the proper functioning of radiological equipment.
  • Comply with established policies, procedures, and regulations to guarantee patient safety and adherence to standards.

Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Radiologic Sciences or completion of an accredited Radiologic Program.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of Anatomy, Physiology, and Radiation Safety protocols.
  • Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • State-issued Radiologic Technologist Certificate.
  • Current CPR certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in a related field.
