Job Summary:

A-1 Termite and Pest Control, Inc. is seeking a skilled Crawlspace Technician / Construction Helper to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by ensuring the quality and efficiency of our crawlspace and construction services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform crawlspace and construction work in a safe and efficient manner
  • Work in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics
  • Operate ladders and lifts (up to 40ft and higher)
  • Assist with basic plumbing and electrical tasks
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Maintain licenses, certifications, and/or registrations as required
  • Operate a service vehicle, hand tools, and power equipment
  • Use a handheld device to complete service orders

Requirements:

  • Good job attendance history
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules
  • Good driving record
  • Positive attitude with a get-it-done mentality
  • Pass a background check and drug screen
  • Provide references upon request
  • Experience in construction and plumbing is a plus
