Job Title: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Titan Placement Group. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a community-focused nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services to underserved populations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality mental health care to patients in an outpatient setting
  • Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up appointments
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs

Requirements:

  • Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification
  • Clear and active license in the State of Colorado
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
