Key Responsibilities of the Vehicle Repair Specialist:
  • Conducts inspections, diagnoses issues, repairs, and refurbishes motor coaches, both commercial and non-commercial vehicles, as well as other vehicles, whether towed or driven.
  • Complies with all company safety protocols and procedures.
  • Adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations relevant to operations, facilities, grounds, and personnel, including EPA, OSHA, and DOT standards.
  • Specific duties and responsibilities are influenced by the individual training, certification, knowledge, skills, and experience of the Vehicle Repair Specialist.
  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications for the Vehicle Repair Specialist:
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects effectively, prioritize tasks, and complete assignments within designated time frames.
  • Must possess the necessary tools to fulfill assigned responsibilities.
  • Experience with post-pulling jacks is required.
  • Welding experience or certification in a welding program is essential, along with knowledge of laser alignment techniques.
  • Prior experience in a collision/frame shop or relevant educational background is preferred.
Skills Required:
  • Must be a self-motivated individual with a positive outlook.
  • Consistent attendance is essential.
  • Willingness to travel, including potential weekend and overtime work, is necessary.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to frequently lift items weighing up to 100 pounds.

Job Type:
Full-time

Compensation:
$40.00 per hour

Expected Work Hours:
40 – 50 hours per week
