Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Oversee and manage multiple concurrent corporate communications and marketing projects, developing and monitoring project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external vendors, coordinating the creation of print and digital campaign assets to support various initiatives.
  • Strategic Insight: Provide recommendations on communications and marketing strategies to enhance project outcomes, identifying opportunities for process improvements and incorporating lessons learned from past initiatives into future project plans.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, corporate communications, or marketing, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully.
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively across departments.
