Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team for a 14-week assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to work in our Cath Lab. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiation technology and excellent communication skills. As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting physicians with interventional procedures, operating imaging equipment, and ensuring patient safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians with interventional procedures, including angioplasty and stenting
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare team members
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Radiation Technologist
  • Strong background in radiation technology and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to lift and move equipment (50-100lbs)
