Senior Pipeline Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pipeline Technician to join our team at Berkshire Hathaway Energy. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our pipeline facilities and compressor stations.

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on operational equipment at assigned facilities.
• Recognize and respond to abnormal operating conditions.
• Support emergency response efforts.
• Locate pipelines and oversee third-party excavation and line crossings.
• Operate work equipment, including power tools, hand tools, and specialized instruments.
• Maintain and operate facilities in compliance with specifications, codes, safety, and environmental standards.

• An Associate of Applied Science degree in a technical specialization is preferred.
• A comparable undergraduate degree with a technical specialization certification is applicable.
• Successful completion of Pipeline Technician Academy and/or achievement of at least one skill-block.
• A valid driver's license is required.
