Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct aggressive and proactive research to identify, qualify, and target potential clients.
  • Develop strategies to initiate contact and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Create, collaborate, and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Communicate business terms, write Statements of Work (SOWs), and close leads.
  • Develop business models and structures by collaborating with the distribution business team.
  • Report monthly on progress and key pursuits.
  • Assemble and manage a highly motivated business development team.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, and at least 7 years of experience in the relevant industry. Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also essential requirements for this position.
