Position Overview

Role: The CDL Class B driver position offers a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary based on experience. Benefits include Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off, and profit-sharing options.

Compensation: The wage for CDL drivers ranges from $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, while yard positions offer $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Incentives: A sign-on bonus structure is available, providing $4,000 total over the first year, distributed as $1,000 in the first six months, another $1,000 in the next six months, and additional bonuses in the first and second years.

Work Schedule: The work hours are from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekend shifts, ensuring drivers are home every night.

Responsibilities: CDL drivers and yard personnel will be tasked with:

  • Building material loads and assisting in delivering them to job sites.
  • Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of products and their respective delivery locations.

Physical Requirements: The role may involve occasional heavy lifting.
