About the Position

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Adolescent and Child Care Provider to join our team at Avera Health. In this role, you will provide critical care to children and adolescents facing mental health challenges.

You will be responsible for delivering holistic nursing care, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions and therapies to promote patient well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress.

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in pediatric mental health.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
