Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct therapy services to students with communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities, and develop personalized treatment plans to address communication disorders.
  • Direct Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in group settings, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to support students' academic and social progress, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor students' progress and adjust intervention strategies as required, using data-driven decision making to inform treatment planning.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Pennsylvania state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
