Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess client needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring follow-up as necessary.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and courteous customer support, which may include addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty license (mandatory)
  • Experience in insurance sales, with Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred
  • Background in sales (whether in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) is advantageous
  • Proven history of achieving sales targets is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Capable of establishing rapport with clients
