Position Overview
This is a contractual opportunity for a Maternity Care Nurse. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering comprehensive nursing care to expectant mothers throughout the antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal phases. Your responsibilities will include assessing and monitoring patients, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to guarantee safe and effective care.
Key Qualifications
- Proficient in Labor and Delivery Nursing, Nursing, and Medical practices
- Experience in Labor and Delivery along with strong Critical Thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Valid RN State license and certifications in BLS and ACLS
- Prior experience in a hospital environment
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related discipline
