Hemodialysis Nurse Manager

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our team as a Dialysis Supervisor. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our hemodialysis units, leading a team of dedicated professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in dialysis, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality patient outcomes. You will be responsible for supervising direct patient care staff, developing and implementing patient care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient care results.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $ $85,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
Responsibilities:- Supervise direct patient care staff and provide day-to-day guidance and support
- Develop and implement patient care plans, taking into account individual patient needs and circumstances
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of patient care activities and outcomes
