At Innovative Renal Care, we prioritize delivering exceptional patient care to individuals with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a Dialysis Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive high-quality treatment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis, measuring and recording vital signs, initiating cannulation, conducting patient observations, and setting up hemodialysis machines.

Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • You should possess a genuine desire to provide care and compassion to our patients.
  • Comfort working around blood and needles is essential for your success in this role.

We recognize the importance of ongoing education and certifications in this field. For experienced Dialysis Technicians, current certification from reputable organizations such as BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO is mandatory. Additionally, BLS/CPR certification is also required.
