We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Hand Therapist to join our team at Physical Rehabilitation Network. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing treatment programs for patients with upper extremity injuries and conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluation and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with hand and upper extremity conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
- Therapeutic Techniques and Modalities: Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to address patient needs, including education on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care, and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Continuing Education and Professional Development: Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation.
- Licensure and Certification: Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Idaho, and certification as a Hand Therapist (CHT) required.
- Clinical Skills and Knowledge: Strong clinical skills and knowledge of hand and upper extremity rehabilitation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork and Commitment: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
