About Us: L&R Distributors stands as the leading distributor and ranks as the 6th largest purchaser of cosmetics across the United States. Our extensive inventory includes over 40,000 products ranging from cosmetics and toys to school supplies, hosiery, hair accessories, and more, facilitated through our three regional warehouses.
Job Overview: We are on the lookout for Retail Reset Specialists to enhance store presentations by executing new item introductions, store resets, remodels, and maintaining general shelf organization, which includes cleaning and dusting.
Key Details:
Position: Retail Reset Specialist – Focused on Cosmetics and General Store Resets
Hours: 25-28 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 6 am to 6 pm (with occasional overnight shifts).
Meals: Daily per diem of $25, reimbursed the following Thursday.
Travel:
- Ability to travel within a 100–200-mile radius.
- Occasional overnight travel and hotel accommodations (up to 50%) may be required.
- Hotel expenses will be reimbursed the following Thursday.
- Employee recognition initiatives.
- Compensation for drive time.
- Mileage reimbursement.
- Consistent scheduling; Monday to Friday.
- Paid training, both on-the-job and online.
- Weekly pay schedule.

- Implement department resets and product retags as per the provided guidelines.
- Handle customer returns and organize merchandise related to resets.
- Collaborate with store management during check-in and check-out to resolve any inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness of shelves and dust products as necessary.
- Update relevant systems electronically with reset details and complete time and expense reports.
- Capture and upload images of completed tasks to the designated platform.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D; prior experience in merchandising or retail is advantageous.
- Strong customer service and verbal communication abilities.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for commuting purposes.
- Proof of car insurance is required.
- Motor vehicle history showing 3 or fewer moving violations within the last 36 months.
- Access to a computer or smartphone with internet connectivity.
- Basic proficiency in personal computer skills, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and graphics.
