Paragon Strategic Staffing is seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist or CRNA to join our team at our state-of-the-art office-based surgery center in Scottsdale, AZ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality anesthetic care to our patients, working closely with our top-tier plastic surgeons to ensure seamless and safe procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide exceptional anesthetic care to patients, utilizing your expertise in conscious sedation and total IV anesthesia
* Collaborate with our plastic surgeons to ensure optimal patient outcomes
* Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to industry standards and regulations

**Requirements:**

* Unrestricted license in Anesthesiology or CRNA
* Board-certified with NBCRNA or ABA
* At least two years of experience in anesthesia, with a focus on TIVA
