Salary and Benefits

The base salary for this position ranges from $48,000.00 to $96,000.00 per year, depending on the location. Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer I to support product development from concept through sustained manufacturing of FDA-regulated products. The successful candidate will be responsible for process development, equipment specification, acquisition, and implementation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing processes and procedures to ensure compliance with cGMP and quality standards
  • Evaluating machine logic, electromechanical systems, and process controls to troubleshoot equipment
  • Completing design of experiments, validation, testing, and analysis of data for continuous improvement activities
  • Suggesting and supporting new methods or materials for continual improvement of quality and efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of three years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment is required. Familiarity with automated equipment, cGMP regulations, and statistical analysis software (Minitab) is preferred.
