Clubhouse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clubhouse Specialist to develop and service employment relationships between clients and community employers. As a key member of our team, you will provide access to employment, job training, and educational opportunities, while working side by side with members to build career readiness skills, social skills, health and wellness, and self-sufficiency.
Responsibilities- Develop and service employment relationships between clients and community employers
- Provide vocational guidance, job development, job placement, employer education, and customer relations
- Work with members to build career readiness skills, social skills, health and wellness, and self-sufficiency
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
- High School/GED and 1 year of experience required, or an Associate's degree with 1 year of experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and a reliable vehicle
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screening, physical, and have an acceptable driving record
- Ability to use computers to include Microsoft Word, data entry, email, and internet essential
- Must have a willingness to network and showcase relationship building skills
- Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, offices, and community organizations
