Unit HighlightsOur Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) provides care to patients who require more frequent nursing intervention and increased resources/monitoring. We treat patients with a range of conditions, including stroke, TIA, congestive heart failure, atrial fibrillation/atrial flutter, chest pain, NSTEMI, COPD, pleural effusion, pneumonia, cellulitis, complicated wound infections, renal failure, substance abuse, and non-orthopedic general surgical cases.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical Nurse, you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyze trends and changes in patient status, planning appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.

QualificationsTo be considered for this position, you must have an ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing. Prior clinical nursing experience is preferred. You must also have an active MD RN License or an active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers.
