- Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and accurate customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and motivations to deliver personalized service.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals.
- Requirements:
- Insurance Customer Service experience, with a strong background in property and casualty insurance.
- State Farm experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a team environment and assess customer needs to conduct effective interviews.
- Ability to effectively relate to customers and provide personalized service.
- Property Casualty license and Life and Health license required.
